Mchanga Zanzibar Restaurant, set under a large makuti thatch roof, serves delicious Swahili food, prepared by our wonderful chef Issa. We use only locally sourced ingredients to create simple but mouthwatering traditional dishes. Our weekly beach barbecues are set around the fire and a great moment for guests to mingle.
